Cancellations
A 24-hour change or cancellation notice is requested once an appointment is reserved. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge for the service. No-show appointments will incur a 100% charge for the reserved service.
Service Charge
A 20% service charge is automatically added to all services. This covers gratuities for your service provider and attendants.
Health & Safety
All guests are required to sign an Acknowledgment, Release and Informed Consent Form prior to enjoying The Spa. Please notify our staff if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions or physical ailments, as certain treatments may not be suitable.
Arrival
For all spa bookings, please arrive at least 30 minutes early, giving you time to slip into a robe and enjoy our lounges and private courtyard.
Atmosphere
The Spa is a completely cell phone- and smoke-free environment. We thank you for your cooperation.
Child Policy
