What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is prior to noon. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in.
What is the policy regarding visitors to the resort?
All visitors and personal guests of registered hotel guests are required to provide proper identification and must be met and escorted by the registered hotel guest or club member upon arrival. Visitors and non-hotel guests cannot access the property between 11 PM and 7 AM. Please note that the pool and beach facilities are exclusively for registered hotel guests and club members.
Are pets allowed at the resort?
We apologize, but pets are not permitted at the resort. For recommendations on local pet care and lodging, please contact Guest Relations at 1 (844) 717-3597.
What is the resort's smoking policy?
The Breakers is a non-smoking facility. Cigarettes, cigars, and vaping are only permitted outside in designated smoking areas, which include the Seawall, Ponce Promenade, Front Lawn seating area (excluding Palm Courtyard), Beach, and Clubhouse veranda (outside The Pro Shop). Smoking any illegal substance (including marijuana) is prohibited everywhere on property.

Can the hotel access my room if the "Do Not Disturb" sign is active?
Yes. The hotel reserves the right to enter guests' rooms at any time to maintain the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property.
What is the policy on photography and filming?
Guests and visitors are welcome to take personal photos/videos as long as the activity doesn't infringe on other guests' privacy. Staged portrait, professional, special occasion, commercial, or promotional photography/filming is prohibited unless pre-approved and contracted. The use of professional equipment (tripods, drones, etc.) is also prohibited.
Is solicitation or promotional activity allowed?
Solicitation of any kind—including advertising, marketing, or distribution of promotional materials—is prohibited to maintain a distraction-free environment.
What is the resort dress code?
To ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for all, we kindly ask that the following guidelines be observed:
General
- Suggestive or explicit attire, cut-offs and men’s sleeveless shirts are discouraged
- Clothing or accessories displaying divisive, political or offensive language/imagery should be avoided
Daytime | Resort Casual
- Beachwear and athletic styles are appropriate when utilizing fitness, spa or outdoor amenities
- Cover-ups and footwear are requested when away from the beach and pools; robes are reserved for guest rooms and The Spa
- A more polished appearance is encouraged throughout indoor public areas, restaurants and shops
- Hats should be removed when visiting any indoor dining venue

Attire transitions to a more refined and elegant look:
- Dresses, blouses, skirts, slacks, collared shirts, polos and trousers are recommended
- Beachwear, crop tops, athletic styles, shorts, hats and flip-flops are discouraged
