Beneath 30-foot frescoed ceilings and eight oval murals - depicting Renaissance landscapes from the Villa Medici to the Tivoli Gardens - The Circle pairs old-world grandeur with ocean views through arched windows. Each morning the dining room offers an elaborate buffet of hot and cold selections: fresh fruit and pastries, crepes and made-to-order omelets, and more.

On Sundays the Circle becomes a spectacular brunch: begin with Belgian waffles, eggs Benedict, and made-to-order omelets, then explore imported cheeses and pâtés, pastas, fresh fish, baby lamb chops, and carved beef tenderloin. Our raw bar features sushi, a domestic caviar station, Maine lobster, jumbo shrimp, oysters, and seasonal stone crab (October - May). Finish with more than 30 decadent desserts - "Sunday best", indeed.
